Open letter to Mr. Principal (of public primary school or high school).

Dear Sir,

The author Mr NGUYEN VAN BEN compiles a MediaDictionary (an electronic version) on Http://MediaDic.com/ with 70,000 headwords. Our educational software company also offers several free edutainments to young children which can be downloaded free through Http://MediaDic.com/. Besides, on the site, learners can consult some common dictionaries which feature two unique, exclusive and copyright ones: dictionary of English suffixes and Dictionary of English ending bases. In addition, learners can also try for free a version of Stressing Bee Game. The MediaDictionary (as comprehenisive as it could be) has an English version, and we are happy to make a Vietnamese as well as a French versions in the future.

This year 2018, VAN BEN EDUCATIONAL SOFTWARE COMPANY LIMITED, VBES offers some proposals

1/ VBES in 2017 gives to your school library one MediaDictionary full version and one Stressing Bee Game per one hundred students of your shool. Each activation code for each software will be set into one device available at your school library upon condition that the principal agrees and the number of students is given with his approval.

2/ VBES in 2018 offers a 50% discount on MediaDictionary and Stressing Bee Game to all teachers of your school (public primary school or high school), one article to one device (either PC, laptop or other device). Please see our price list. VBES hopes that the principal will agree by sending, with his approving signature, to VBES the list of teachers who want to buy the products.

3/ VBES in 2018, proposes that your school sells VBES’s products and gives instructions to buyers with 15% commision on products sold on condition that the principal agrees with his appoving signature.

About Article 1/ the number of Free MediaDictionary or Stressing Bee Game, we will send Activation codes to the school library. 

Article 2/ list of teachers want to buy our products on discount and the relevant sum of money, please prepare a file .Xls with names, emails as well as phone numbers and send the file to VBES. We will notify the Principal of how, where to send money to VBES bank account. Having gotten the money, we will send activation codes to the teachers by email and SMS (by the form on VBES website. )

VBES will consider information provided by the Principal and will soon respond to his answers. Then VBES requests the school to transfer appropriate money into VBES bank account. When having gotten transfered money, VBES will send activation codes to libraries and teachers through individual emails and SMS.

In case the school agrees to sell VBES’s products and to give instructions to buyers (Article 3), VBES will open an bank account so that the school fulfill the service. The school will sell VBES produtcs, get money from buyers and instruct usage. The school gets 15% to its own as agreed and send the rest 85% of the involved money to VBES bank account.
